Ingredients

  • 120g Mayonnaise
  • 40g Ketchup
  • 10g Yellow Mustard
  • 5g Diced Pickles
  • 5g Diced Raw Onion
  • 5g Sugar
  • 3g Garlic Powder
  • 3g Onion Powder
  • 2g Salt
  • 1g Paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients by finely dicing the pickles and raw onion. Weigh all ingredients using a kitchen scale for consistent results.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and uniform in color.
  3. Add the sugar and all the powdered spices: garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and paprika. Whisk thoroughly to dissolve the sugar and distribute spices evenly.
